初高中联动发展,在多个区县的实践都产生了积极的影响。然而,作为初中与高中结合最紧密的完中,却鲜有这方面的新探索和新突破。在“鼓励有条件的地区实行完全中学的高、初中分离”的政策背景和“学段衔接有利于学生系统培养”的发展趋势并存的当下,完中的发展陷入了尴尬境地。在招考、人事等制度的限制下,完中原本该有的生源稳定、系统培养、教师流动等优势未能体现出来。如何激活完中的活力?除了学校自身做强特色,以文化、情感吸引学生外,也需要政策的倾斜和支持。
