紫外吸收光譜在有机化合物的定性和定量工作中,已經是常用的工具。但直接用生药浸出液作为鑑別的样品,由于受到純度等条件的限制,目前很少見有文献报道。作者等以知母(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae)、槐花米(Flos Sophorae)、黄柏(Corter Phellodendri)几种生药作为实驗材料,进行初步的探討。根据实驗結果,虽然所用生药品种不多,代表性尚不全面,但认为还是一种有希望的方法。仪器和实驗材料 (一)仪器 Beckman DU型分光光度計,以氢灯作光源,1厘米厚石英杯作盛液杯。 (二)材料(生药)
Ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy is a common tool in the qualitative and quantitative work of organic compounds. However, directly using crude drugs as the identification sample, due to the limitations of the purity and other conditions, there are very few reports in the literature. The authors used the crude drugs Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Flos Sophorae and Corter Phellodendri as experimental materials to conduct preliminary investigations. According to the experimental results, although there are few varieties of crude drugs used, representativeness is not yet comprehensive, but it is still considered a promising method. Instrument and Experimental Materials (I) Instruments The Beckman DU spectrophotometer uses a hydrogen lamp as a light source and a 1 cm thick quartz cup as a holding cup. (b) Materials (raw medicine)
