近几年来常有同道来信讨论各种工业病的调查方法。自从卫生部公布了七年内消灭矽肺、苯中毒、铅中毒的决定后,各地都展开了这三种工业病的调查;因此,介绍一种调查表格,列出若干调查项目,应该不是多余的。当然,公开介绍下列表格并不是说它已经尽善尽美,这只是几年来学习及工作中摸索出来的一个初稿,将来需要在实践中不断地修改补充,欢迎大家批评指正。此外,表中所引各个调查项目并非刻板规定,在对这几个工业病作深入的科学研究时,需要增加若干项目;当人力物力受限制时,也可以删去若干没有诊断价值或诊断价值较低的项目,各地可以根据实际情况及实践中的发现,对这表格加以适当的调整。

When conducting in-depth scientific researches on these industrial diseases, several projects need to be added. When the manpower and resources are limited, a number of projects with no diagnostic value or diagnostic value may also be deleted The lower the project, all localities can be based on the actual situation and the findings of practice, to make appropriate adjustments to this form.
