目的 :探讨尿脱落细胞端粒酶活性表达对尿路上皮癌的诊断价值。方法 ;采用 PCR- EL ISA法检测尿液中脱落的肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性 ,并以肾癌及非肿瘤患者的尿标本作对照。结果 :5 9例尿路上皮癌患者尿脱落细胞端粒酶活性表达率为 88.1% ,而肾癌患者为 10 .0 % ,非肿瘤患者为 2 0 .0 % ,前者与后两者比较 ,有极显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ;不同分化程度及不同临床分期膀胱癌患者尿脱落细胞端粒酶活性表达率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :检测尿脱落细胞端粒酶活性表达可作为尿路上皮癌早期诊断、疗效评估和术后监测的一种有效手段
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of telomerase activity in exfoliated urothelial cells on urothelial carcinoma. Methods The telomerase activity of tumor cells exfoliated in urine was detected by PCR-ELISA and urine samples of renal cancer and non-tumor patients were used as controls. Results: The expression rate of telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells was 88.1% in 59 cases of urothelial carcinoma, compared with 10.0% in patients with renal carcinoma and 20.0% in non-tumor patients. The former and latter two, (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells between patients with different degrees of differentiation and clinical stages (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Detecting the expression of telomerase activity in exfoliated cells of urine can be used as an effective method for early diagnosis, curative effect evaluation and postoperative monitoring of urothelial carcinoma
