水稻重组自交系 (RIL) Lemont/ Teqing是一套良好的永久性的分子作图群体。采用 QTL复合区间作图法对该群体中 1 60个 RIL抗褐飞虱的抗性表型数据和 1 78个 RFLP分子标记的分子数据进行连锁遗传分析。结果表明 ,在苗期抗性的集团测定中 ,共检测到了 5个主效抗性 QTL和 4对上位性抗性 QTL,前者分别分布在 5、 9、 1 0、 1 1四条染色体上 ,后者分布在 1、 2、 3、 5、 8五条染色体上 ;在苗期抗性的独立测定中 ,则只检测到了 3个主效 QTL和 3对上位性 QTL,其中有一对上位性 QTL在集团测定中并未出现。这些 QTL的贡献率占群体总抗性变异的 60 %以上。
Rice Recombinant Inbred Line (RIL) Lemont / Teqing is a well-established, permanent molecular mapping population. The resistance phenotype data of 160 RILs and the molecular data of 1 78 RFLP markers in the population were analyzed by linkage analysis using the QTL composite interval mapping method. The results showed that there were 5 main resistance QTLs and 4 pairs of epistatic QTLs detected in the seedling resistance group. The former were distributed on 5, 9, 10 and 11 chromosomes respectively. Were distributed on 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 five chromosomes. In the independent test of seedling resistance, only three main-effect QTLs and 3 pairs of epistatic QTLs were detected. Among them, a pair of epistatic QTLs The measurement did not appear. The contribution rate of these QTLs accounted for more than 60% of the total variation in population resistance.
