以Cr5MoV钢屑为基体制备具有不同致密度的疏松材料,利用Gleeble-3500和TC-7000现代化测试仪器对Cr5钢疏松材料的变形抗力、热导率、热熔和热扩散系数进行了实测分析,并获得了其本构关系及热物性参数数据。结果表明:致密度越大材料的热容和导热率就越高,而热扩散系数则降低;随着温度的升高,热容参数也随着升高;而导热率和热扩散系数则下降。
Based on the Cr5MoV steel scrap as the matrix, the loose materials with different densities were prepared. The deformation resistance, thermal conductivity, hot melt and thermal diffusivity of Cr5 steel loose material were measured by Gleeble-3500 and TC-7000 modern test equipment. The constitutive relation and thermophysical parameter data were obtained. The results show that the higher the density is, the higher the heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the material and the lower the thermal diffusivity are. The higher the temperature is, the higher the heat capacity is, and the lower the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity .
