近些年来,在国内多次出现消费者因为食物中毒的案件以及食品污染事件,引起了国内相关部门的广发关注。在国际上,国际间的食品贸易危机也此起陂伏,出现了多次食品危机事件,这使得食品安全问题成为了一个国际层次的关注问题,也是当前需要重点解决的事宜。因此,为了对食品、中毒样品的有害物质的检验与排查以及对有害物质的动态现场监控,发展食品中有害物质的现场快速检测技术和装备十分有必要。这篇文章将会对化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)技术的基本原理进行详细的介绍,然后对化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)技术在食品有害因素现场的快速检测中的实际应用进行综述。
In recent years, consumers repeatedly appeared in the country because of food poisoning cases and food contamination incidents, aroused the concern of the relevant departments of domestic GF. Internationally, the crisis of food trade in the world is also stagnant. There have been many food crisis events. This has made food safety a concern at the international level and also an issue that needs to be resolved at present. Therefore, in order to inspect and investigate harmful substances in food and poisoned samples, and to monitor on-the-spot dynamic harmful substances, it is necessary to develop on-the-spot rapid detection technology and equipment for harmful substances in food. This article will give a detailed introduction to the basic principles of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) technology and then review the practical application of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) technology in the rapid detection of food hazardous substances in the field.
