本文介绍了用~(60)Coγ辐射引发聚合合成纯度较高的聚甲基丙烯酸三丁基锡酯(PTBTM),并对它的辐射聚合反应动力学进行了研究。结果表明TBTM浓度与聚合反应速率R_P之间的关系为R_P=K_P[TBTM]~2;辐射剂量率I与反应速率之间的关系为R_P=K_PI~(0.66);辐射聚合反应的表观活化能E_n为3.12J/mol。本文还对聚合反应的机制进行了探讨。
In this paper, polybutyltin methacrylate (PTBTM) with high purity and high purity was synthesized by ~ (60) Coγ radiation. The kinetics of its radiation polymerization was also studied. The results show that the relationship between the concentration of TBTM and the polymerization rate R_P is R_P = K_P [TBTM] ~ 2; the relationship between the radiation dose rate I and the reaction rate is R_P = K_PI ~ (0.66); Apparent activation of radiation polymerization E_n can be 3.12J / mol.
