目的:探讨LRP16和上皮细胞钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达与临床病理特征等因素间的关系。方法:采集泸州医学院附属医院2009年10月至2011年3月60例子宫内膜腺癌及20例正常子宫内膜组织,应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测子宫内膜腺癌组织中LRP16和E-cadherin的表达情况,分析二者与子宫内膜腺癌之间的关系。结果:子宫内膜腺癌组织中LRP16细胞核阳性表达率为73.33%(44/60),细胞浆阳性表达率95.00%(57/60);LRP16细胞核表达程度与癌细胞的组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05),而与手术病理分期无相关性(P>0.05);LRP16细胞浆表达与癌细胞的分化程度无相关性(P>0.05),而与手术病理分期呈负相关(P<0.05)。子宫内膜腺癌组中E-cadherin的阳性表达率为86.67%,而正常组中为90.00%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜腺癌中LRP16表达和E-cadherin的表达差异无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:LRP16的表达可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展密切相关;E-cadherin的表达与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展未发现明确相关关系,LRP16蛋白表达水平与E-cadherin的表达可能无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of LRP16 and E-cadherin in endometrial adenocarcinoma and clinicopathological factors. Methods: Sixty cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of normal endometrial tissue from the hospital of Luzhou Medical College from October 2009 to March 2011 were collected. The expression of LRP16 and E in the endometrial adenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical SP method -cadherin expression, analysis of the relationship between the two and endometrial adenocarcinoma. Results: The positive expression rate of LRP16 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was 73.33% (44/60), and the positive rate of cytoplasm was 95.00% (57/60). The positive expression of LRP16 was correlated with the histological grade of LRP16 (P <0.05), but had no correlation with the pathological stage (P> 0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of LRP16 and the degree of differentiation (P> 0.05), but negatively correlated with the pathological stage (P <0.05) ). The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in endometrial adenocarcinoma group was 86.67%, while that in normal group was 90.00%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant correlation between LRP16 expression and E-cadherin expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of LRP16 may be closely related to the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The expression of E-cadherin may not be related to the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The expression of LRP16 and the expression of E-cadherin may be absent Correlation.
