目的:研制一种新的“肾阳虚”动物模型。方法:先行单肾切除,再两次注射阿霉素,共12周。结果:模型组大鼠体重减轻,活动减少,浮肿,弓背蜷缩,喜扎堆,畏寒喜暖,体毛枯疏,失去光泽,便溏,肛周污染,饮水及采食量均减少,交配能力减弱。结论:单侧肾切除加2次注射阿霉素是一种新的病变稳定的“肾阳虚”动物模型。
