氮肥用量对4个面包小麦产量的效应,结果如下:安农9192和安农911682个品种的HMW-GS类型组成都是1、7+8、5+10;山东187为1、13+16、5+10;豫麦28号为1、7+9、5+10。植株农艺性状和氮肥的效应,安农9192和安农91168类同而与山东187、豫麦28号之间有很多差别。根据氮肥效应曲线的推算,4个品种在肥力较好的土壤上最高产量及其N用量,分别为8111、7257、7159、5999kg/hm2和338、302、247、321kg/hm2;最佳N肥用量的农业效率和经济效益分别为15.6、16.3、18.0、9.9和5709、5563、5146、2597元/hm2。4个品种在N270处理的面包烘焙试验的综合评分,分别为92.2、70.1、85.0和91.6,与它们的粗蛋白含量16.2%、13.3%、11.5%和16.6%基本一致。
