为明确四川地区七星瓢虫对大豆蚜的捕食能力,在室内条件下研究了七星瓢虫成虫密度、种内干扰及温度对七星瓢虫成虫捕食能力的影响。结果表明:七星瓢虫成虫对大豆蚜的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ方程,回归模型为Na=1.191Nt/(1+0.005 26Nt);七星瓢虫成虫对大豆蚜的捕食作用受自身密度制约,平均捕食量随自身密度增大而减少,拟合Watt模型为A=21.9P-1.75;七星瓢虫成虫之间存在种内干扰,干扰反应回归模型为E=0.169P-0.027 7;温度对捕食功能的影响较大,30℃时搜寻效率最高,释放天敌时应加以考虑。
In order to clarify the predatory ability of ladybird to soybean aphid in Sichuan, the effects of adult density, intraspecific interference and temperature on the predation ability of ladybird ladybird were studied under indoor conditions. The results showed that the predation functional response of adult lady beetles to soybean aphid accorded with HollingⅡ equation and the regression model was Na = 1.191Nt / (1 + 0.005 26Nt). The predation effect of ladybird ladybird beetle on soybean aphid was controlled by its own density, The fitted Watt model was A = 21.9P-1.75. The intraspecific interference was found between adults of Coccinella septempunctata and the interference response regression model was E = 0.169P-0.027 7. The effect of temperature on the predation function The impact is greater, the search efficiency is the highest at 30 ℃, and the natural enemies should be considered.
