为提高镍基高温合金抗高温氧化性能,采用两步法制备了内扩散型铬铝涂层与单一渗铝涂层。当保温时间9 h、渗铬温度为1080℃、渗铬剂配比为:Cr粉含量为30%、NH4Cl含量为1%、Al2O3含量为69%;渗铝保温时间15 h、温度为750℃、渗铝剂配比为:Al粉含量为10%、NH4Cl含量为1.5%、Al2O3含量为88.5%;热处理保温时间为15 h、温度为800℃时可以得到期望的内扩散型β-NiAl和γ’-NiAl相,涂层组织均匀致密,可显著提高镍基高温合金基体在1100℃的抗高温氧化性能。
In order to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of nickel-based superalloy, a two-step method was used to prepare the inner diffused chrome-aluminum coating and the single aluminized coating. The microstructure of the coating is uniform and compact, which can significantly improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of the Ni-based superalloy substrate at 1100 ℃.
