法律是最低的道德标准,法律对道德有弘扬和巩固的一面,同时道德对立法、司法也有制约和维护的一面,本文试阐述道德对司法的维护作用。
Law is the lowest moral standard, the law promotes and consolidates morality, and morality has limitation and maintenance on both legislation and judicature. This article attempts to explain the safeguarding function of morality on the judiciary.
