目的:调查我院住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况,分析存在问题,提高糖皮质激素类药物的临床用药合理性。方法:回顾性调查我院2011年4月出院患者病历中糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况,包括各科糖皮质激素类药物的使用率及联合应用情况、各类糖皮质激素药物的使用例次、糖皮质激素类药的药物相互作用等。结果:共调查1 385例出院患者病历,糖皮质激素类药物的使用率为25.1%,以儿科和肺科患者居多,分别占其科室调查例数的62.5%和46.7%。糖皮质激素类药物使用例次居前3位的分别是:地塞米松磷酸钠注射液(31.8%)、吸入用布地奈德混悬液(25.3%)、醋酸泼尼松片(17.3%)。共有101例次住院患者存在糖皮质激素类药与其他类药物间的相互作用,并且有部分病例并没有采取合理的解决措施。结论:我院住院患者糖皮质激素类药物使用存在不合理性,临床应重视合理使用糖皮质激素类药物,尽量避免或减少不良反应的发生。
Objective: To investigate the use of glucocorticoid inpatients in our hospital, analyze the existing problems and improve the rationality of clinical medication of glucocorticoid drugs. Methods: We retrospectively investigated the use of glucocorticoid drugs in patients’ medical records of discharged patients in our hospital in April 2011, including the usage rate and the combination of glucocorticoid drugs, the use of various glucocorticoid drugs , Glucocorticoid drugs such as drug interactions. Results: A total of 1 385 hospitalized patients were enrolled in the study. The use rate of glucocorticoid drugs was 25.1%. Mostly pediatric and pulmonary patients accounted for 62.5% and 46.7% of the cases investigated. Glucocorticoid drugs used in the top three cases are: dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection (31.8%), inhalation of budesonide suspension (25.3%), prednisone acetate tablets (17.3%) . A total of 101 hospitalized patients there is the interaction between glucocorticoid drugs and other drugs, and some cases did not take reasonable solutions. Conclusion: There is unreasonable use of glucocorticoid inpatients in our hospital. Clinical should pay attention to the rational use of glucocorticoid drugs, try to avoid or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
