为计算非预混式旋流燃烧器的燃烧特性,建立了非预混强旋流燃烧过程模型,然后对两种不同结构形式的燃烧器进行了数值模拟,并在一个热态模型试验台上进行了相关燃烧试验,测量了热力参数并将参数与计算结果进行对比。结果表明:采用两种燃烧器的燃烧室中高温区域都呈现双峰型分布,炉中心存在回流区域,此处轴向速度较小。燃烧器采用交叉与旋流相结合的形式比单纯采用旋流的形式,其气体燃烧速率更快,而且燃烧室中高温区域的体积更大、气流更均匀。试验结果与计算结果吻合较好,该方法可用于各种非预混燃气式燃烧器的燃烧计算。
In order to calculate the combustion characteristics of non-premixed swirling burners, a non-premixed strong swirling combustion process model was established. Then, two different types of burners were numerically simulated and tested on a hot model test rig The relevant combustion test was carried out, the thermal parameters were measured and the parameters were compared with the calculated results. The results show that the bimodal distribution appears in the middle and high temperature region of the combustion chamber with two kinds of burners, and there is a backflow region in the furnace center where the axial velocity is small. The combination of crossover and swirling in the form of combustor is more swirling than purely swirling, the combustion rate of gas is faster, and the volume of the high temperature region in the combustion chamber is larger and the air flow is more even. The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results. The method can be used to calculate the combustion of various non-premixed gas burners.
