社会主义企业的性质决定了职工群众是企业的主人,无论企业的领导体制怎样改革,都必须保证职工群众的主人翁地位和管理企业的权力。几年来的改革实践证明,实行厂长负责制离不开职工的民主管理。只有加强民主管理,才能给厂长创造一个正确运用权力的环境,才能使企业增强活力,增加效益。本文试结合企业实际,就实行厂长负责制首先应搞好民主管理的问题,谈一点粗浅的认识和体会。
The nature of the socialist enterprise determines that the workers and staff are the masters of the enterprise. No matter how the enterprise’s leadership system is reformed, it must ensure the ownership of the workers and the management of the enterprise’s power. The practice of reforms over the past few years has proven that the implementation of the director responsibility system can not be separated from the democratic management of employees. Only by strengthening democratic management can we create an environment for the plant manager to use power properly so that enterprises can increase their vitality and increase their efficiency. Based on the actual situation of the company, this paper tries to implement the managerial responsibility system and first of all do a good job of democratic management, and talk about a little superficial understanding and experience.
