稳定地控制铜基形状记忆合金的相变温度是该合金得以推广应用的关键.由于铜基形状记忆合金的相变温度对成分特别敏感,相变温度难控制.通过两相区淬火可以较大幅度地调整相变温度,通过不同温度下的拉伸试验考察了两相区淬火试样的超弹性及影响因素。
Stable control of the phase transition temperature of copper-based shape memory alloy is the key to promote the application of the alloy. Due to the phase transition temperature of copper-based shape memory alloy is particularly sensitive to the composition, the phase transition temperature is difficult to control. The phase transition temperature can be adjusted greatly by quenching the two-phase region. The hyperelasticity and influencing factors of quenched samples in two-phase region were investigated by the tensile test at different temperatures.
