This article retrospectively investigated the death of malignant tumor in Nanning rubber factory for twenty years. From 1969 to 1989, the total number of factory observers was 2817, and the number of observers was 42712 person-years. During the observation period, 75 people died, of which 38 were malignant tumors. 18 cases of liver cancer (47.4%) died of malignant tumor, followed by lung cancer and gastric cancer. 20 years old and above
