新课改十几年来,新理念(理论)、新研究成果(管建刚的先写后教等)、新模式(江苏洋思中学的“先学后教,当堂训练”模式等)如雨后春笋,为课改做了很好的注释。然而,我们还应该看到,依然有不少教师躬着身,低着头上课,人云亦云,成了课改的奴隶。如何才能做到如王栋生老师说的那样不跪着教书呢?当然首先要在思想上站立起来,其次要在姿态和行为上站立起来,如此,才会真正成为课改的主人。一、爬着走的,得给自己骨力
