通过问卷调查,对新疆生产建设兵团注册护士现状进行了分析。结果表明,兵团各师注册护士人数不均衡,注册护士最多的师的和最少的相差了11倍;兵团注册护士职称结构不合理,中级和初级职称占91%,拥有高级职称的注册护士人数仅为3%;兵团注册护士学历普遍偏低,大专和中专占到了75.6%,本科占15.7%。根据存在的问题,提出了改进学历和职称的对策。
Through questionnaire survey, the status quo of registered nurses in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was analyzed. The results showed that the number of enrolled nurses in each division of the Corps was not balanced and the number of registered nurses was at least 11 times lower than that of the lowest number of registered nurses. The title structure of registered Corps was irrational with 91% of intermediate and junior titles, and the number of RNs with senior professional titles was only 3%; Corps registered nurses generally low education, college and secondary accounted for 75.6%, undergraduate accounted for 15.7%. According to the existing problems, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the academic record and title.
