目的:探讨星形细胞上调基因1(astrocyte elevated gene-1,AEG-1)在唾液腺肿瘤中的表达和意义。方法:免疫组化检测唾液腺良性肿瘤(多形性腺瘤)、恶性肿瘤(黏液表皮样癌和腺样囊性癌)组织中AEG-1的表达,探讨AEG-1的表达与唾液腺肿瘤临床病理特征的相关性。选取同期15例非肿瘤手术切除的正常唾液腺组织作为对照。采用SPSS10.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:肿瘤组织中AEG-1阳性率显著高于正常唾液腺组织(P=0.001),恶性肿瘤组AEG-1的阳性率显著高于良性肿瘤组织(P=0.033),晚期恶性肿瘤(T3+T4)AEG-1阳性率显著高于早期肿瘤(T1+T2)(P=0.035)。结论:AEG-1可能在唾液腺肿瘤的发生和恶变过程中起着一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of astrocyte elevated gene-1 (AEG-1) in salivary gland tumors. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AEG-1 in salivary gland benign tumors (pleomorphic adenomas), malignant tumors (mucoepidermoid carcinoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma), and to explore the relationship between the expression of AEG-1 and the clinicopathological features of salivary gland tumors Relevance. Conclusion: AEG-1 may play a role in the carcinogenesis and malignant transformation of salivary gland tumors.
