本文主要论述了“教与学双向职业素质提升的课程开发”以及先下职业教育中存在的教与学的各种问题。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—2020》指出,我国高等职业教育应从规模扩张转向内涵建设。内涵建设从根本上可分为两方面,一方面是加强“双师”素质教师队伍建设,提升执教能力和专业建设水平。另一方面是改变学生学习与工作两套系统割裂的状态,使学生毕业后可以与企业无缝对接,走出目前大学生一毕业就失业的困境。
This article mainly discusses the problems of teaching and learning existing in vocational education at the beginning of this article. “National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020” pointed out that China’s higher vocational education should shift from the scale of expansion to connotation construction. Connotation construction can be fundamentally divided into two aspects, on the one hand is to strengthen the “double division ” quality teachers, improve coaching ability and professional construction level. On the other hand, it is to change the state of two systems of student learning and work so as to enable students to seamlessly connect with the enterprises after graduation and to get out of the current unemployment situation of graduates as soon as they graduate.
