在传统教学中,教师是课堂的中心,高高的讲台突出为人之师的“身份和地位”。麦克风走进教室后,教师干脆坐下来,锁定在“唯我独尊”的一个点上。相反,现代学生,有着现代理念,他们觊觎教师的宝座,挑战性地提出要与教师换位,改变一下方向,让教师处于下位,面向黑板,抬头洗耳恭听。学生要当一回主导者,体会一下做教师的滋味,渴望过一把上课瘾。
In traditional teaching, teachers are the center of the classroom, and the high lectern stands out as the “identity and status” of the teacher. When the microphone entered the classroom, the teacher simply sat down and locked it at a point of “only me alone.” On the contrary, modern students have modern ideas. They envy the throne of the teachers and challenge them to change positions with the teachers, change the direction, and place the teachers in the down position, face the blackboard, and look up and listen. Students should be the dominant ones, experience the taste of being a teacher, and long for a class addiction.
