目的:研究人文关怀在手术室优质护理服务中的应用以及心得体会。方法:选择2013年8月至2014年6月在我院进行外科手术的100例患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采取常规的护理方式,观察组在常规护理的基础上人文关怀优质护理的方式。比较两组患者的心理以及行为表现。结果:观察组患者的总满意度为96.0%对照组患者的总满意度为70.0%,两组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:通过术前对患者进行人文关怀优质护理,大大提高了患者满意度,取得了很好的社会效益,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the application and experience of humane care in high quality nursing service in operating room. Methods: A total of 100 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from August 2013 to June 2014 were selected as study subjects, divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group On the basis of routine care humane care quality nursing. Compare the two groups of patients psychological and behavioral performance. Results: The total satisfaction of patients in observation group was 96.0%. The total satisfaction of patients in control group was 70.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Preoperative care of patients with high quality human care, greatly improving patient satisfaction, and achieved good social benefits, it is worth clinical promotion.
