以往的报导指出,连续吸入100 ppm(115 mg/m~3)一氧化碳(CO)使正常猴和心肌梗塞猴都有心电图P波波幅升高,但在心肌梗塞组中T波倒置的发生率较高,说明心肌梗塞动物的心肌缺血程度较严重。本文作者研究动物吸入CO后是否影响心室纤颤(以下简称室颤)的易感性。用体重约3.5 kg的猴20只,其中9只先造成心肌梗塞,其方法是从颈动脉插入导管到升主动脉,在X线透视下操作,使导管到达左冠状动脉口。将约0.05 ml的直径为300μ的乳胶球悬液加入0.5 ml显影剂中,并通过导管注入左冠状动脉以造成拴塞。把动物分成以下四组:6只正常猴和4只心肌梗塞猴,吸入空气;5只正常猴和5只心肌梗塞猴吸入CO。每组动物在吸入染毒后都用60赫芝的交流电通过动物的胸壁使其引起室颤,然后用心电图机测量引起室颤阈的电压数。此外,还测定了心率,颈动脉抽血测碳氧血红蛋白、氧合血红蛋白、血红蛋白、酸碱度以及二氧化碳和氧的分压。根据实验的结果,接触100 ppm CO 6小时的猴血液中碳氧血红蛋白的平均浓度为9.34±1.8%,明显高于吸入空气猴的碳氧血红蛋白水平1.1±0.4%。

After inhalation, each group of animals was challenged with 60 Hz AC through the animal’s chest wall to induce ventricular fibrillation, and the number of voltages causing the ventricular fibrillation threshold was measured with an electrocardiograph. In addition, heart rate, carotid blood were measured for carboxyhemoglobin, oxyhemoglobin, hemoglobin, pH, and partial pressure of carbon dioxide and oxygen. Based on the experimental results, the average concentration of carboxyhemoglobin in monkey blood exposed to 100 ppm CO 6 hours was 9.34 ± 1.8%, significantly higher than that of inhaled air monkey by 1.1 ± 0.4%.
