目的:加强口腔护理教学团队建设,提升口腔专科护理人员培养质量.方法:选拔、聘请医院口腔专科医生作为学校兼职教师,进行专业课教学.对口腔护理专业教师采用医院进修、医院兼职教师一对一帮扶等多种形式的培养.结果:有效提高校内专任教师的专科实践能力,使院内实践教学更加贴近口腔专科实际工作,学生均能掌握“四手操作”;兼职教师教学水平不断提升,教学效果明显提高,部分兼职教师获取高校教师资格证书,构建了结构合理的“医护一体化”口腔护理教学团队.结论:“医护一体化”教学团队的构建,有效提升了口腔护理人才培养质量,同时也促进了教师、医生自身的专业发展.
