介绍了采用体效应管压控振荡器的W波段相位锁定系统,该系统在紫金山天文台13.7m毫米波射电望远镜中作为本地振荡器,可复盖75~115GHz的频率范围,输出功率大于5mw.用伺服放大器的输出信号控制体效应振荡器的偏压得到锁定带宽大于100MHz.
The W-band phase-locked system using a voltage-controlled oscillator with body-effect transistor is introduced. The system is used as a local oscillator in the 13.7m millimeter radio telescope of the Purple Mountain Observatory and covers a frequency range from 75 to 115GHz with an output power of more than 5mW . The output signal of the servo amplifier is used to control the bias of the bulk effect oscillator to obtain a locked bandwidth of more than 100 MHz.
