Aspirin is an ordinary drug found to have an anti-platelet aggregation effect in recent years. Hydrolysis studies of hydrophilic acrylate polymers containing aspirin groups on the ester group suggest that these polymers are potentially biocompatible release systems that control the release of aspirin. In this paper, the copolymer of β-acetylsalicylic acid ethyl ester (HEMAASA) and methacrylic acid (MA) was synthesized and its hydrolysis behavior was observed in order to find out the best way to further control the release
