非甾类抗炎剂,尤其是阿斯匹林能引起胃粘膜出血、灶性坏死和溃疡。因为阿斯匹林能抑制前列腺素(PG)合成;给予外源性前列腺素可预防溃疡形成,故曾假设:阿斯匹林的致溃疡作用是由于引起胃粘膜前列腺素缺乏的缘故。本文旨在用实验证实这一假设。方法:将169只猫分成三组。第一组46只,用生理盐水、0.1N盐酸、组织胺与阿斯匹林的七种组合情况作实验,然后杀死,分离胃窦与胃底粘膜,剪碎,浸取,分别测定PGI_2、PGE_2、PGF_(2α)的含量。第二组6只,静脉滴注组织胺刺激酸分泌,达稳定后,加滴PGE_2,测定酸分泌量变化。第三组117只,用阿斯匹林加组织胺或
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, especially aspirin, can cause gastric mucosal hemorrhage, focal necrosis and ulceration. Because aspirin inhibits prostaglandin (PG) synthesis; administration of exogenous prostaglandin prevents ulceration, it was hypothesized that aspirin causes ulcer effects due to gastric mucosal prostaglandin deficiency. This article aims to experimentally confirm this hypothesis. Methods: 169 cats were divided into three groups.
