北部湾经济区信息化建设存在着以下问题:缺乏总体规划,政府对信息化建设的重要性认识不足;信息基础设施建设不规范,信息产业缺乏竞争力;没有统一的技术标准体系,法律政策环境不够完善;信息化建设高素质人才严重缺乏.信息化建设策略主要有:充分发挥区域自治政策优势,统一规划;优先发展信息产业;加强信息化标准体系建设;大力引进和培养高素质人才,建立人才引进和培养新机制.
