分析了464例(40~88岁)干部的健康体检,脑电图资料中过度换气的变化及其与年龄老化的相关关系。结果在3分钟内α频率均高于过度换气以前者占27.16%,3分钟内α均值高于过度换气以前者占54.53%。在 HV 中α频率增高组与年龄老化无明显相关关系(r=0.087),而α频率减低组与年龄老化则呈轻微的正相关关系,α频率恒定不变组则与年龄老化呈轻度负相关关系。本组的老年前期与老年期在 HV 中出现慢化者,均较文献报告为稍多。本组的慢化反应延长到1分钟以上者较多,约占5.39%。另有2例是在 HV 停后才出现慢波,只持续1分或1分以上。
The physical examinations of 464 cadres (aged 40-88 years), hyperventilation in EEG data and their correlation with age were analyzed. Results In 3 minutes, α frequency was higher than hyperventilation former who accounted for 27.16%, 3 minutes, mean α over hyperventilation former accounted for 54.53%. In HV, there was no significant correlation between the increase of α frequency and aging (r = 0.087), while there was a slight positive correlation between age-related deterioration of α frequency and age-related deterioration of α frequency relationship. The group of pre-senile and senile HV in the moderator who were reported in the literature as slightly. The group’s moderation response extended to more than 1 minute, accounting for about 5.39%. In the other two cases, a slow wave appeared only after the HV stop, only lasting 1 point or more.
