随着大数据(big data)时代的到来,网络信息行业和旅游产业两大“朝阳产业”相互渗透,共同发展。旅游企业的营销方式也随之发生了翻天覆地的变化,网络营销已成为旅游企业营销方式的重要发展趋势。有关数据显示旅游企业网络营销销售额占网络营销销售总额的24%以上,并连续五年以上以超过35%的速度增长。这对旅游企业来说既是机遇也是挑战。旅游企业应积极探索和研究创新发展旅游业网络营销的有效措施,尽可能满足更多旅游客户的多样性需求,争取更加广阔的市场空间和经济效益最大化。
With the advent of the big data era, the network information industry and the tourism industry are the two major “sunrise industries” that penetrate and develop together. The marketing methods of tourism enterprises have also undergone tremendous changes. Internet marketing has become an important trend of marketing for tourism enterprises. Relevant data show that online travel sales of online travel enterprises accounted for more than 24% of total sales, and more than five consecutive years of more than 35% growth rate. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for travel companies. Tourism enterprises should actively explore and study effective ways to innovate and develop tourism network marketing, try to meet the diversified needs of more traveling customers as much as possible, and strive for a broader market space and maximize economic benefits.
