目的:观察在临床护理教学中使用人性化管理的临床效果。方法:2012年2月—2014年2月,我院将人性化管理应用于临床护理教学中,实施前后以问卷调查的形式评估护理人员和患者的满意度,对比分析实施前后护患纠纷的发生率,以对人性化管理的临床应用价值进行全面评估。结果:实施人性化管理后的护理人员和患者的满意度(95.2%)、护患纠纷的发生例数(15)均显著优于实施前(79.8%、70),比较差异有显著性的统计学的意义(P均<0.05)。结论:将人性化管理应用于临床护理教学中,可以显著地提高护理人员自身的护理水平及其与患者的满意度,有助于构建和谐的护患关系。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using humanized management in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: From February 2012 to February 2014, our hospital applied humanized management in clinical nursing teaching. Before and after the implementation, we evaluated the satisfaction degree of nurses and patients by means of questionnaire survey, and compared the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes before and after the implementation Rate, in order to humane management of the clinical application of a comprehensive assessment of the value.
