以陇川割手密、桂糖11号、桂糖12号、桂糖83/492、桂糖15号、F134、F172、粤蔗57/423和Badila9个甘蔗品种或种为试验材料,分别调查和测定了在干旱胁迫与正常供水(对照)条件下植物叶片的生态特征、叶片含水量、切叶自然失水速度、叶片细胞质膜透性和叶片脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明,抗旱性较强的品种在植株遭受干旱胁迫时,通过叶片卷缩或枯死,减少叶片面积的方式来避过干旱;在干旱胁迫下品种间叶片细胞质膜透性和脯氨酸含量都表现出显著的差异,抗旱性较强的品种显著地高于抗旱性较弱的品种;在正常供水条件下,品种间叶片的质膜透性和脯氨酸含量虽然也存在显著差异,但看不出这些差异与抗旱的关系。作者认为,在干旱胁迫下,甘蔗叶片膜透性和脯氨酸含量及其比受旱前提高的幅度均可作为选育甘蔗抗旱品种的参考指标之一。

Both the plasma membrane permeability and proline content of inter-leaf varieties under drought stress Showed significant differences, the drought-resistant varieties were significantly higher than the drought-resistant varieties; under normal water conditions, the varieties of inter-leaf plasma membrane permeability and proline content, although there are significant differences, but to see No difference between these differences and drought. The author believes that under drought stress, the membrane permeability and proline content of sugarcane leaves and the extent of increase than before drought can be used as a reference index of drought-resistant varieties of sugarcane breeding.
