随着社会经济的快速发展,企业和事业单位开始注意到管理好收入对提高经济效益的帮助作用。医院的收入管理对医院的经济效益影响巨大。它在医院的整个运行活动中起着不可替代的作用。国家为了经济更好的发展,计划经济已转变成为市场经济,医院也要做好收入管理的工作,顺应新的发展形势。本文先是分析了目前医院部门在管理收入方面还存在的不足,然后提出了相应的改进措施。
With the rapid social and economic development, enterprises and institutions began to notice the help effect of well-managed income on improving economic efficiency. The hospital’s revenue management has a huge impact on the economic benefits of the hospital. It plays an irreplaceable role in the overall operation of the hospital. In order for the country to have a better economy, the planned economy has been transformed into a market economy. Hospitals must also work well in revenue management and adapt to the new development. This paper first analyzes the shortcomings in the current management of hospital revenue, and then proposes the corresponding improvement measures.
