目的:对美容缝合技术体表暴露部位在急诊创伤中的应用体会进行研究分析。方法:从我院体表暴露部位创伤患者中选取160例,并按照患者治疗方法将其分为治疗组(采用美容缝合技术治疗)和对照组(采用常规缝合技术治疗),均80例,对比两组患者伤口感染率、裂开发生率、和对治疗满意度。结果:治疗组患者伤口感染率为2.50%、裂开发生率为2.50%,与参考组的17.50%、18.75%比较存在显著差异,P<0.05;治疗组患者对治疗效果总满意度高达91.89%,明显对照组的68.75%,比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊创伤中美容缝合技术临床效果显著。 OBJECTIVE: To study the application experience of the exposed parts of body surface in emergency trauma in cosmetic suture technique. Methods: 160 cases of traumatic patients who were exposed to the body surface of our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group (treated by cosmetic suture technique) and control group (treated by conventional suture technique) according to the patient’s treatment method, all of which were compared with 80 cases Wound infection rates, rates of dehiscence, and satisfaction with treatment were recorded for both groups.
