随着工业生产技术逐渐进步,台阶爆破垂直中的深孔爆破技术逐渐实现机械化,大大加快了爆破作业工作的效率与质量。由于深孔台阶爆破一次爆破量比较大,如果增强机械化水平的同时还能有效减少用药量的话,则可以大大降低作业成本,且能够保证爆破作业安全,降低安全事故发生率。本文扼要分析了深孔台阶间隔装药技术,该种技术的应用不仅降低了炮孔装药量,还保证了炮孔爆破质量,值得进一步推广与应用。
With the gradual progress of industrial production technology, the deep-hole blasting technology in the vertical blasting of bench blasting gradually realizes mechanization and greatly accelerates the efficiency and quality of blasting operation. Due to the large burst of deep-hole bench blasting, if the level of mechanization is enhanced, the dosage can be reduced effectively, the operation cost can be greatly reduced, the safety of blasting operation and the occurrence rate of safety accidents can be reduced. This article briefly analyzes the deep-hole step interval charge technology, the application of this technology not only reduces the charge of the gun hole, but also to ensure the blasthole blasting quality, worthy of further promotion and application.
