DNA甲基化是重要的表观遗传修饰之一,它在基因表达调控过程中起着重要作用。DNA甲基化异常与肿瘤发生关系密切。启动子区域CpG岛高甲基化导致抑癌基因表达失活是目前肿瘤研究中的热点课题。本文就DNA甲基化在胃癌发生中的作用予以综述,旨在为揭示胃癌发生机制、寻找胃癌早期诊断的分子标志物及干预治疗的靶点提供新的思路。
DNA methylation is one of the important epigenetic modifications, which plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression. DNA methylation abnormalities are closely related to tumorigenesis. Promoter CpG island hypermethylation leading to tumor suppressor gene inactivation is currently a hot topic in cancer research. This article reviews the role of DNA methylation in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer, and aims to provide new ideas for revealing the mechanism of gastric cancer, looking for molecular markers for early diagnosis of gastric cancer and target of intervention.
