树突细胞是惟一能刺激初始T细胞增殖的细胞,也是功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,在特定的条件下,它能决定机体T细胞免疫应答的方向。新生儿出生后的第一次接种和以后的卡介苗复种对免疫系统的调节作用能影响辅助性T细胞的分化。近年来,有关卡介苗接种对树突细胞的功能影响及在过敏性疾病中所起的作用也日益引起人们的重视。本文就卡介苗接种对树突细胞的作用机制作一综述。
Dendritic cells are the only cells that can stimulate the proliferation of naive T cells and are also the most potent antigen presenting cells. Under certain conditions, dendritic cells can determine the direction of T cell immune response in the body. Neonatal after the first vaccination and subsequent BCG vaccination regulate the immune system can affect the differentiation of helper T cells. In recent years, the impact of BCG vaccination on the function of dendritic cells and their role in allergic diseases have also attracted increasing attention. This article reviews the mechanism of BCG vaccination on dendritic cells.
