目的对老年人牙列缺损伴有重度磨损的修复治疗方法及效果进行分析。方法选取牙列缺损伴有重度磨损老年患者36例,采取义齿修复与咬合重建等方法进行修复治疗,对患者展开为期1~2年随访,观察修复治疗效果。结果 36例患者1年随访时优良率为86.11%,第2年随访时优良率为80.56%。结论在对老年人牙列缺损伴有重度磨损进行修复治疗时,利用暂时垫与其他正确修复治疗方法可取得满意修复效果。
Objective To analyze the methods and effects of restoration and treatment of dentition defects with severe wear in the elderly. Methods Twenty-six elderly patients with dentition defect and severe wear were selected. The patients were followed up for one to two years with denture and occlusion reconstruction. The effect of the treatment was observed. Results The excellent and good rate of 36 patients was 86.11% at 1 year follow-up and 80.56% at the 2nd year follow-up. Conclusion In the elderly dentition defect accompanied by severe wear and tear repair treatment, the use of temporary pad and other correct repair treatment can be satisfactorily repaired.
