作者在一次报告中曾介绍了一种检测甲亢病人的免疫球蛋白(IgG)的新方法。该法把IgG与对人IgG片段抗血清所形成的免疫沉淀物,以~(125)I标记的可溶性豚鼠脂肪细胞膜(SFCM)孵育,用所加入的~(125)I与免疫沉淀物结合的比率来测定脂肪细胞结合IgG(FBI)的量。近年来作者对原技术又作了改进,即先用血清与偶联在琼脂糖(Sepha-rose-4)小珠上的抗FCIgG相互反应后,再加入SFCM进行实验。 实验可观察到,牛TSH按剂量依赖关系可降低FBI值,其他糖蛋白激素(bLH,bFSH,bCG),作用强度小。在血清实验及各组病人IgG片段的实验研究可见血清FBI值及加入bTSH后所降低的值与相应的IgG片段TSH结合抑制(TEI)活性是密切相关。该发现表明血清实验的FBI如同IgG基本
In a report, the authors introduced a new method for detecting immunoglobulin (IgG) in patients with hyperthyroidism. The method of immunoprecipitation of IgG and antiserum against human IgG fragment was incubated with ~ (125) I-labeled soluble guinea-pig fat cell membrane (SFCM), and bound to immunoprecipitates with ~ (125) I added Ratio to determine the amount of adipocyte-bound IgG (FBI). In recent years, the authors have made improvements on the original technology, namely, the serum is first reacted with anti-FCIgG conjugated to Sepharose-4 beads, and then the SFCM is added for experiments. Experiments can be observed, bovine TSH dose-dependently reduce the FBI value, other glycoprotein hormones (bLH, bFSH, bCG), the role of intensity. In the serum test and the experimental study of IgG fragments in each group of patients, it can be seen that the serum FBI value and the decrease value after addition of bTSH are closely related to the corresponding TSH binding inhibition (TEI) activity of IgG fragments. This finding indicates that FBI in serum experiments is similar to that of IgG
