用TDX快速血药浓度分析仪(FPIA法)对314例次肾移植术后0~24个月的患者进行常规环孢素A血药浓度谷值监测。将患者分为男、女两组,年龄分别为43.61±10.61Y及50.68±40.60Y;从横向及纵向两个方面分析考察了不同性别组在术后0~3个月、3~6个月,6~12个月及12~24个月的环孢素A血药谷浓度的差异,结果显示:所有患者在术后后期(12~24个月)的环孢素A谷浓度均明显低于术后中后期(6~12)(p<0.05);女性患者在术后各个时期的谷浓度均明显低于男性患者10%~20%,考虑与环孢素A脂溶性及术后肾清除率CL有关。
The TDX rapid blood concentration analyzer (FPIA method) 314 cases of renal transplantation after 0 to 24 months of patients with conventional cyclosporin A blood concentration monitoring. The patients were divided into male and female groups, with the age of 43.61 ± 10.61Y and 50.68 ± 40.60Y, respectively. The effects of different gender groups at 0 ~ 3 months postoperatively , 3 to 6 months, 6 to 12 months and 12 to 24 months of cyclosporine blood concentration trough differences, the results showed that: All patients in the postoperative period (12 to 24 months) of cyclosporine (P <0.05). The trough concentrations in female patients at all postoperative stages were significantly lower than those in males by 10% to 20% Su-A fat-soluble and postoperative renal clearance CL related.
