本文提出了谱线有效宽度的假设以及估计有效宽度值的近似理论。文中导出了对恒定的无用讯号造成的弯曲的消光曲线校正成为符合Beer—Lambert定律的消光曲线的计算公式和有效讯号/无用讯号比的新的计算公式以及有效吸收系数的近似公式等等,还讨论了使用各类光源时有效吸收系数值的变化,并引用大量实验数据进行计算和验证。本文所得到的结论对研究、设计性能更好的分光光度计提供了某些有价值的参考。
This paper proposes the assumption of the effective width of the line and the approximate theory of estimating the effective width. In this paper, we deduced that the curve of the extinction curve of the curve caused by the constant unwanted signal is corrected to a new calculation formula of the extinction curve and the approximate formula of the effective signal / unwanted signal ratio according to the Beer-Lambert law and the approximate formula of the effective absorption coefficient. The changes of the effective absorption coefficient when using various light sources are discussed, and a large number of experimental data are used for calculation and verification. The conclusions obtained in this paper provide some valuable references for the research and design of spectrophotometers with better performance.
