创办农村社区服务中心,对于长期植根于农村发展的供销社而言,是一次发展思路的突破,既有条件和优势,又面临艰巨的挑战。山东省供销社在推进农村现代流通服务网络发展的过程中,创造性开展了农村社区服务中心的建设,为供销合作社参与新农村建设找到了工作切入点,探索出了比较成功的路子。本期刊发中央农村工作领导小组办公室、中国社会科学院、全国供销合作总社、山东省供销合作社联合调查组的《日照市农村社区服务中心调查》、国务院发展研究中心农村经济研究部韩俊、秦中春、王西玉同志的《山东省供销社建设农村社区服务中心的调查与建议》以及中央农村工作领导小组办公室农村局张冬科局长的《农村社区服务中心建设是一项非常有意义创举》三篇调研报告,供我省各地供销合作社借鉴。
The establishment of a rural community service center is a breakthrough for the development of ideas for the supply and marketing cooperative which has long been rooted in the rural development. It has the conditions and advantages as well as the arduous challenges. In the course of promoting the development of rural modern distribution service network, Shandong’s supply and marketing cooperatives creatively launched the construction of rural community service centers and found a job entry point for the supply and marketing cooperatives to participate in the new rural reconstruction, exploring a more successful approach. This issue of the Central Rural Work Leading Group Office, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the National Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Shandong Province, the Joint Supply and Marketing Cooperative Investigation Team of the Rizhao Rural Community Service Center Survey, the State Council Development Research Center of Rural Economics Han Jun, Qin Zhongchun and Wang Xiyu’s “Survey and Suggestions on Establishing Rural Community Service Centers by the Supply and Marketing Cooperatives in Shandong Province” and the “Survey on the Establishment of Rural Community Service Centers by Director Zhang Dongke of the Rural Bureau of the Central Rural Work Leading Group Office” are three very important research reports , For the supply and marketing cooperatives throughout the province for reference.
