This article outlines the general situation of study strategies at home and abroad, analyzes the status quo and characteristics of Russian learning, puts forward the measures to strengthen the implementation of Russian learning strategies and cultivate autonomous learning ability in view of the problems affecting the development of Russian learning strategies and autonomous learning.
