I. Introduction Casting superalloy in aviation gas turbine engines for guide vanes and turbine blades have been widely used materials. Most studies on nickel base superalloy show that the microstructure characteristics of the mechanical properties of Ni-base superalloy are affected by the casting process parameters. Our research shows that the microstructure and properties of the foundry superalloys are quite sensitive to changes in the casting and crystallization conditions even when the same part is different
