在生产实践中,我们发现采用本刊1978年第七期刊登的用冷粘法粘结橡胶带的方法,接头处易于翘裂,严重影响粘结质量,为此,我们采用如下措施:1.延长接头长度到400毫米(500毫米皮带)。并将接头端部、根部加工成对应的斜度(见图1)。
In production practice, we found that by using the method of cold sticking rubber band published in the seventh issue of 1978, the joints are easy to crack and seriously affect the bonding quality. Therefore, we adopt the following measures: 1. Extend the connector length to 400 mm (500 mm belt). And the connector end, the root processed into the corresponding slope (see Figure 1).
