职业教育要按照工作的需要来选择知识点,让学生“先会后懂”通过设计实践性问题,引出理论知识,实现“理论与实践”知识的整合。高职应用文教学中我们一直重视以引导实践为主的教学模式改革。在做中学、做中教,把求知、教学、做事和技能相结合是职业教育最大的特征。“做中学”教学模式,就是通过挖掘课本中的“做”的知识,培养学生“学”的兴趣,达到由训练而内化的一种教学模式。主要教学流程包括情境预设——实践训练——评析矫正——系统化四个环节。
Vocational education should select the knowledge points according to the needs of the work, so that the students can understand the practical knowledge of “theory and practice” through the design of practical problems. In the practical teaching of higher vocational education, we have always attached importance to the reform of the teaching mode that guides the practice. Doing secondary school, doing teaching, to knowledge, teaching, work and skills are the characteristics of the largest occupation education. “Do middle school ” teaching mode, that is, by digging in the textbook “do ” knowledge, cultivate students “learning ” interest, to achieve by training and internalization of a teaching mode. The main teaching process includes situational preconditioning - practical training - analysis and correction - systematic four links.
