语言是通过生活来掌握的。学生在学习母语的同时,学习第二语言是有一定难度的。但是,他们善于模仿、态度自然、乐于参加活动,这也是他们学习英语的有利条件。所以我们要淡化英语的工具性、知识性、逻辑性,要多体现英语作为一种语言的交际性、灵活性和生活性。美国教育家毕特·科勒涅斯也指出:“生活的世界就是教育的世界,生活的范围就是课程的范围。”
Language is mastered through life. While learning a native language, students learn a second language with a certain degree of difficulty. However, they are good at imitating, natural and willing to participate in activities, which is also an advantage for them to learn English. Therefore, we must dilute the instrumentality, knowledge, and logic of English. We must embody the communicativeness, flexibility, and life of English as a language. The American educator Beat Coleness also pointed out: “The world of life is the world of education, and the scope of life is the scope of the curriculum.”
